About Sentinel Resources

Sentinel Resources Corp. was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on August 3, 2018. 

Sentinel is lead by an experienced group of resource sector and capital markets professionals who have a strong track record of exploring and developing resource projects, raising and completing equity financings and delivering shareholder value.

Sentinel’s vision is to become a leading exploration and development company with the ultimate goal of becoming a gold and silver producer.

Robin Gamley B.S.c.

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Gamley’s career spans over 10 years in corporate finance and consulting, providing corporate strategy and communications services to public companies across a broad range of industries including natural resource exploration and development. He has been a board member of several TSXV-listed companies and brings extensive capital markets experience and a considerable network of both retail and institutional contacts. Mr. Gamley graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Peter Pollard PhD, B.Sc, B. App. Sci, MAusIMM (CP)

Chief Geologist, Director

Dr. Pollard brings more than 30 years of global research and mineral exploration consulting experience. He is recognized expert in intrusion-related mineralized systems including copper-gold porphyry (e.g. Grasberg, Escondida Norte, Oyu Tolgoi, Ok Tedi, Sar Cheshmeh district), tin-tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth-gold (e.g. Herberton, Zaaiplaats, Timbarra, Mongolia), iron-oxide copper-gold-uranium (e.g. Olympic Dam, Carajas, Cloncurry, Chile, Mexico, Mauritania) and gold-silver systems (low-sulphidation, high-sulphidation, mesothermal). Peter has been engaged as a reviewer of papers for international journals and has authored, or co-authored, over 70 peer-reviewed scientific publications. Dr Pollard has held a number of board positions in public and private companies. He is qualified person (NI43-101 and JORC) with strong technical and scientific writing skills.

Danny Marcos B.Sc, MAusIMM (CP)

Exploration Manager

Mr. Marcos is a field-orientated exploration geologist with over 25 years of experience. Recently responsible for the review and development of Emmerson’s New South Wales mineral exploration properties — including design and management of field mapping and geochemical programs, data compilation and target generation, and oversight of large (>100,000m drill programs). Danny has specialist experience with porphyry Cu-Au systems; low, intermediate and high sulphidation Au-Ag epithermal deposits; orogenic Au; and base-metal and nickel mineralization. He was a key member of the technical team that discovered the Tampakan Cu-Au deposit in the Philippines — a resource of 15 Mt Cu and 17.6 Moz Au. Danny has a strong understanding of deposit models and key controls on mineralization — allowing for robust drill targeting of high priority targets. He has a strong economic focus. He is a Qualified Person (NI43-101 and JORC).

Greg Bronson P. Geo, QP

Geologist

Mr. Bronson has more than 29 years as senior geologist experience, working around the world with companies like Noranda Explorations, Rockgate Capital Corp., and Zanzibar Gold, as well as numerous private mineral exploration companies and significant experience in oil and gas exploration and production. Mr. Bronson has excellent technical and leadership skills and his experience includes mineral exploration project management and property acquisition; exploration program design and implementation; geological mapping; structural modelling; resource estimates; selection and supervision of geophysical programs; interpretation of geological, geophysical and geochemical data; computer modelling; and drill program design and execution. He has also written property assessment reports and has been a qualified person for National Instrument 43-101-compliant reports.

Natasha Tsai CPA, CA

CFO

Ms. Tsai is a Chartered Professional Accountant with Malaspina Consultants Inc. Prior thereto, she was a senior accountant with Grant Thornton LLP. She has acted as CFO and/or controller of a number of listed companies and has corporate finance and listed company experience in a number of sectors. Currently, Ms. Tsai serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hello Pal International Inc. (CSE: HP), Zinc One Resources Inc. (TSXV: Z) and Broome Capital Inc. (TSXV: BCP). She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Robert McMorran CPA, CA

Director

Mr. McMorran obtained his Chartered Accountants designation in 1981. Mr. McMorran founded and has been the President of Malaspina Consultants Inc. since July 1997, a private company providing accounting and administrative services to junior public companies since 1997. Mr. McMorran has held board and senior management positions with a number of public companies since 1991 and is a director and or CFO a number of junior resource companies, including Hello Pal International Inc. (CSE: HP) and Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSXV: SCZ).

Dr. Chris Wilson B.Sc (Hons), PhD, FAusIMM (CP), FSEG

Senior Advisor

Dr. Wilson is a commercially-driven and innovative exploration geologist with over 30 years of global experience in area selection and prospect generation, target generation, and the design and management of large resource definition drilling and pre-feasibility programs. He has worked in over 75 countries, on most commodities and deposit styles. Chris has extensive project review and target generation experience, with ability to integrate complex multi-disciplinary datasets, and rapidly identify and test high value targets. Most recently Chris has been involved in global project valuation and fatal flaw analysis for high net-worth investors. Chris worked for Ivanhoe Mines for 10 years — as Exploration Manager for Ivanhoe Mines Mongolia he was responsible he was responsible for an Exploration Portfolio of over 11 million hectares. He has extensive public market and public company experience — including board of director positions. Chris provides geological services through his consultancy Exploration Alliance, a full-service geological consultancy that provides ex-industry exploration geologists to projects worldwide. He is a Qualified Person for JORC and NI 43-10 compliant reporting and valuation.

Mart Rampe B.Sc, MAusImm (CP), MICA, MAIG

Australia Consultant

Mr. Rampe has 45 years experience of mineral exploration and project development from grass roots exploration through to pre-mine development.  He has worked on most deposit types for gold, silver, base metals and uranium. His country experience includes Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, New Zealand, Central Asia, northern Europe and the USA.  Mart has also spearheaded ground staking throughout Australia, especially in New South Wales. He is intimately familiar with mining, environmental and social legislation - ensuring that licences are maintained in good standing and all regulatory filings are met.  He has held senior exploration management positions at Australian private exploration companies and several ASX-listed exploration companies. Mart is a Qualified Person for the purpose of NI 43-101.

Karl Kottmeier B.A

Senior Advisor

Mr. Kottmeier has over 25 years of practical experience in listing, financing and administering companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture and Canadian Securities Exchanges where he has raised in excess of $200,000,000 in equity capital for resource based ventures. Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Rockgate Capital Corp., Rockridge Capital Corp., American Lithium and Bama Gold Corp. He started his career as an Investment Advisor and member of the McDermid St. Lawrence and Raymond James Corporate Finance teams. Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is currently the President & CEO of Chemistree Technologies (CSE: CHM).

Charles Hethey LLB

Advisor

Mr. Hethey is a securities lawyer in British Columbia and New York with over 10 years’ experience. Mr. Hethey represents a number of U.S. and Canadian listed entities on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and U.S. OTC markets. Mr. Hethey’s clients are active in a broad range of industries including an emphasis on mining issuers. He has significant experience in U.S. and Canadian corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters. Mr. Hethey is a director of Fosterville South Exploration, a mineral exploration company with high-grade epizonal gold projects in Australia, and was a director of New Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: ENRG) and Skyledger Tech Corp. (CSE: SKYL).
